Talking about it at home
Adolescence is a time of experimentation, discovery and of searching for one’s own identity within the group and in relation to the family.
For this reason, it is vital to create a space among parents and children to be able to transmit values, norms and guidelines that help adolescents construct their opinion about drugs.
The “Talking about drugs” programme, with the aim of preventing its consumption among young people, provides two tools for families that enable them to deal with the subject of drugs with their children: the guide for families and the family orientation helpline.
Guide for families
This practical guide will help families tackle the subject of drugs. Because speaking about them is the best prevention.
